You can pay your rent in person by cash, check or money order at our office located at 1709 W Spring Valley Rd or by setting up automatic payments by ACH direct withdrawal from your bank. We also have locked drop boxes for payments at each complex that are checked daily during rent week.
Please refer to "this page" for current pricing at each of our complexes. In addition we also require a flat fee of $100 per month for City of Hewitt water/trash/sewer. We also have a bulk package with Spectrum for cable/internet at all of our complexes. The amount varies by complex. These charges are non-negotiable. You are responsible for your own electricity.
Our standard lease term is 12 months. We do not offer short term leasing.
Our Panther Way townhomes & duplexes require a 600 credit score while our Spring Valley duplexes require a minimum 650 credit score. This is only required from ONE applicant on a multi-tenant lease and not everyone. Co-signers are required to have a minimum 650 credit score.
At this time we do not accept Section 8 or any form of rental assistance.
